1) Is it true that you do not have a fixed rate/tariff?

Yes, our prices are fluctuating based on availability, location chosen, duration of the stay, number of rooms required and the number of people. It is generally, longer the stay,  cheaper the prices.

2) How do I make a reservation / booking?

Firstly, you need to get in touch with us. You can talk to one of our representatives on phone or through email. Secondly, you will receive a quote. Thirdly, your reservation will be confirmed once you wire-transfer an advance of 50% the quote. Your reservation will be confirmed through E-mail.

3) I want to stay for longer period, what is the advance I need to pay to confirm my booking?

If you want to make a booking for more than a month then 15 days advance would be sufficient payable every 15 days as advance. Also, you could choose to pay monthly.

4) What is the cancellation policy?

We would feel unfortunate if it comes to this. But 100% advance will be returned if cancelled at least 10 days in advance. 50% will be returned if the cancellation is made at least 3 days in advance. No refund if cancelled on the day of the booking. We have to do this as we may lose other clients because of our fair first come first reserve policy.

5) What is the check-in, check out timings?

12 noon.

6) We are a couple, can we make a booking?

Call us old fashioned or conservative. But sorry, we cannot entertain couples. You are welcome if you are visiting us with kids.

7) Do you serve food?

We have a fully equiped kitchen in every apartment. One could choose to cook by themselves or ask the service staff for assistance. Alternatively we can arrange food at a nominal cost

8) What are the terms of payment?

As a company policy, we encourage direct online payment or cash or credit card or cheque deposits; however in case of bills to be settled by company please have the company official email  and mail sent to us before guest Check-in as per the Company Agreement.

9) What else can you assist us with?

10) What are the other terms and conditions?

*This agreement shall be under Jurisdiction of Hyderabad-India.

*The said premises shall not be used other than accommodation or monthly rent basis.

*Immoral or commercial activities are strictly forbidden.

*Rental rates are subject to change without prior notice and all rights reserved!

*We will not take any kind of responsibility for the loss of things(what so ever) and strictly recommend not to carry such things. We will try our level best to ensure safe and secured stay, but everything is predictable at times except human behavior.

*In case of any damage to the property, the guest or the booker shall bare the entire cost of repair or replacement.

*Alcoholic beverages shall not be served.

* Do not disturb others. Be an ambassador of good-will for your own company.

*Conserve water and power. Switch off ACs’ and fans when not in use.
